Media Manager – Education for Industry Group (EFI)

Location: Electra House, London - Moorgate, EC2M 6SE

Full-Time • Permanent

About the Role

Join the EFI Group as a Media Manager and shape the future of fashion and beauty education. As we expand with new brand extensions and revenue channels, you will lead our social digital strategy and content production for the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy and two B2B divisions. In this role you will drive brand growth, engagement and lead generation across platforms, manage a team of creatives to deliver standout content that resonates with our audience, oversee daily content planning, scheduling, posting, engagement and reporting, and lead our community management activity. A key part of this role is to manage end-to-end production of branded video and digital content, ensuring the teams\' output aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead social digital strategy and content production for multiple brands and divisions.
  • Oversee daily content planning, scheduling, posting, engagement and reporting.
  • Manage a team of creatives to deliver high-quality content that resonates with the audience.
  • Oversee end-to-end production of branded video and digital content; ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead community management and drive engagement across platforms.
About You / Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in social media management within a creative production role, ideally in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and producing assets, with experience coordinating content production workflows for multi-platform campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience-specific content, and best practices.
  • Highly creative, collaborative, and committed to delivering innovative, high-quality campaigns that engage diverse audiences.
