Overview

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organised Media, Events, and Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective running of a growing, multi-service charitable organisation that is committed to improving the lives and life chances of children, young people, and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that enhance The Smith Foundation’s brand, while ensuring alignment with our values and messaging. Working closely with the Head of Business, Finance & Operations you will lead event planning, coordinate media activities, and drive marketing initiatives to facilitate effective communication with both internal and external audiences.

We Are Looking For Someone With
  • A proven ability to craft engaging campaigns and manage events that inspire and inform.
  • The ability to balance multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
