Overview

Mechanical Project Manager | West Midlands | £55,000 - £60,000 + Allowance + Benefits

Mechanical Project Manager required for a local client specialising in health-care, residential and education sectors.

This will be a national role (limited stay away). You will typically run a few projects at any one time or support 1 depending on the value of the project. This is a new role / appointment to bolster the HVAC project management team as well as offering a secure future healthy order book. Working for an SME differs to the larger contractors and we seek someone who wants to work and be a bigger fish in a smaller pond.

Responsibilities

• Full support and project management on HVAC installation projects
• Programming of works, updating reports where required
• Build solid communication channels
• Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
• Contribute to the progress of the project
• Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
• Taking control cradle to grave
• Ability to estimate
• Design input
