The Role

• Leading a team of 4 fitters
• 90% hands on 10% admin/leadership responsibilities
• Providing maintenance within one of the UK\'s largest quarries

The Candidate

• Working experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Previous experience as a senior or team leader (or ready to step up into leadership)
• Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment
