Overview

Job Title: Mechanical / HVAC Engineer - Facilities

Location: Ashford, Surrey/Middlesex

Package: £46,000 + Overtime + AP/CP training

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical & HVAC systems.
• Carry out Mechanical PPM and repair tasks relating to pumps, AHU's, FCU's, calorifiers & more.
• Assist with occasional maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and further statutory electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

Qualifications

• NVQ (Practical & Theory) Level 3 equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing/Heating
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
