NEOS Engineering is recruiting on behalf of a reputable building services contractor based in Farringdon, Central London, who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of accurate MEP estimates and detailed cost plans for commercial building services projects.

  • Carry out quantity take-offs and review mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

  • Participate in and when required, lead tender reviews, value engineering sessions, and pre-construction strategy meetings.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive handover packages to project delivery teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-construction to execution.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within MEP / Building Services.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
