Qualifications

Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Near Wyke Regis, Dorset.

Job Type: Permanent.

Salary: Depending on level of experience, £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Overtime: Overtime when available is paid at premium rates (x 1.5 and x 2).

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

A leading specialist mechanical engineering company, known for its experience, expertise and high level of workmanship, is currently recruiting an Industrial Engineer to join the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineer who is a 'jack of all trades' and will work on a range of industrial equipment including roller doors, lifting equipment, plant equipment, and industrial machines.

You will undertake a varied workload, performing repairs, servicing or breakdowns both in the workshop and onsite at customers' premises.

This role suits applicants with experience as a Mechanic, Industrial Engineer, Service Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, Plant Fitter or Mobile Service Engineer.

Due to the broad skill set, this role is the first port of call for many companies.

As an Industrial Engineer we are looking for the successful applicants to possess the following:

  • Experience of working with mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic equipment.
