A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is hiring a Mechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager in Kent. This role offers the opportunity to influence the delivery of key projects while working within a highly skilled team.

The Role

As theMechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager, you'll :

Manage term and project contractors in the delivery of M&E works, servicing and maintenance programmes, ensuring strategic and operational compliance.

Provide contract management from design to final account stage, ensuring contractors perform to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Develop mechanical and electrical design specifications and manage project documentation for capital and revenue projects.

Lead and motivate the Maintenance Minor Works Co-ordinator, participating actively in recruitment and performance assessment.

Deliver mechanical and electrical building services projects, implementing Health & Safety procedures and best practices on site. You

To be successful in the role ofMechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience :

HND / HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, etc).

Experience in managing mechanical and electrical projects in a commercial setting.

Demonstrated ability to oversee contractors on large sites.

Flexibility to travel across Kent as required.
