Qualifications

• Experience with Solidworks, including drawing creation.
• Proven track record in producing assembly drawings for complex multi–part assemblies.
• Understanding of common manufacturing processes involved in electronics and box build processes.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to handle feedback and update designs appropriately.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Hands–on electronics manufacturing experience (e.g., soldering, box build, staking, conformal coating).
• Contextual knowledge of aircraft systems and aerospace processes.
• Experience with avionics packaging.
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Order processes.

A contract position, outside IR35 for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with proven Solidworks experience ideally in Aerospace or Avionics domain.
