Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (41.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver engineering projects, meeting system, structural, and functional requirements
• Develop innovative design solutions for new products, service fixes, and improvements
• Produce detailed 3D CAD designs, accurate BOMs, and release drawings
• Support prototype builds, testing, and failure analysis with effective countermeasures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with legislation and cost targets
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
• Adhere to ISO9001 Quality Management System and Health & Safety policies

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems
• Strong grasp of engineering principles
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
