Job description

Join our Mechanical Design Team and play a key role in delivering high–quality, client–facing building services solutions. You'll design mechanical systems, lead surveys and assessments, collaborate with in–house teams, and support project delivery across sectors like commercial, education, residential, and healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and specify mechanical services (IES, AutoCAD, BIM)
• Project manage, mentor junior staff, and attend client meetings
• Prepare SBEM, SAP calculations, O&M manuals, and certifications
• Work with local authorities, FTSE250 investors, project management firms, and top architects on projects mainly in London with regional travel
