• Excellent commercial awareness and cost control skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, able to build long-term client relationships.
• SMSTS/health & safety knowledge with a focus on quality and compliance.

With a strong pipeline across the UK and Ireland, they're now seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to strengthen their Projects Division and take ownership of high-profile mechanical schemes. As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you'll lead the delivery of projects across commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, leisure, and large-scale residential sectors. You'll combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget. This role offers the chance to manage challenging and rewarding contracts while building lasting client relationships.
