Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role managing mechanical projects end-to-end.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical installations, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract variations.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and cost control skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, able to build long-term client relationships.
  • SMSTS/health & safety knowledge with a focus on quality and compliance.

With a strong pipeline across the UK and Ireland, they're now seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to strengthen their Projects Division and take ownership of high-profile mechanical schemes. As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you'll lead the delivery of projects across commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, leisure, and large-scale residential sectors. You'll combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget. This role offers the chance to manage challenging and rewarding contracts while building lasting client relationships. We're looking for a commercially astute, technically strong leader with a proven track record in managing mechanical building services projects, who thrives in a client-facing role and can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
