A client within the Public Sector based in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their Property team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a Building Services Engineering environment.
Key purpose of the role: To provide technical leadership, expertise, and strategic support in the compliant and effective management of the Council's property portfolio. You will lead the Mechanical Building Services Engineering function, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of maintenance, compliance, and project services across council and client buildings.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such is offering £35 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £25 per hour PAYE).
