Your primary place of work will be our new London office near Blackfriars Bridge. We love the vibrant atmosphere of our office which fosters collaboration and celebration. What you’ll do

As our new Measurement Services Lead (12‑Month FTC) you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we measure and optimise the performance of the Más by Messi global marketing initiatives. Based in London and working closely with the US and Dublin teams you will be responsible for developing measurement frameworks, analysing marketing data, and translating insights into strategic recommendations. This is a hands‑on role within the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) ideal for a data‑driven marketer with strong technical and storytelling skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with local and global marketing teams to understand business objectives, participate in planning sessions, and translate marketing goals into measurable outcomes.
  • Define and implement clear KPI frameworks and measurement processes to assess campaign performance and optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Design, build, and maintain digital dashboards and reporting systems ensuring a unified and consistent view of campaign and media performance.
  • Collaborate with global Measurement and DCoE teams to standardise reporting methodologies and performance evaluation frameworks across markets.
  • Deliver actionable insights and performance summaries to senior stakeholders using data storytelling to guide strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Support test‑and‑learn initiatives, sharing campaign results, pilots, and learnings to inform future planning and investment decisions.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in digital marketing, media, or analytics with hands‑on expertise in Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proven success working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders in fast‑moving global organisations.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and privacy principles, ensuring compliance across all digital measurement activities.
