What You’ll Be Doing :

• Deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons, including GCSE level
• Adapt your teaching to suit diverse abilities and neurodiverse learners
• Design inclusive, learner-centered lessons and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
• Support learners in overcoming barriers and developing confidence in Maths
• Maintain detailed progress reports and work with awarding bodies
• Encourage a love of learning and promote reading for pleasure
• Collaborate with a passionate team to enhance curriculum delivery
