A leading football club in Lewes is seeking a Matchday Steward to ensure fan safety and enhance their experience during home matches for the 2025/26 season. The position offers a pay rate of £13.45 per hour, with no prior experience required as full training will be provided. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Hours: To work all home matches for the 2025/26 season
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton
Contract Type: Worker agreement

Interview date: Wednesday 14th January
Training dates: Wednesday 21st January and Thursday 22nd January

Join the Seagulls and run with the South Coasts Premier League football team through the 25/26 season. Your top priority will be to ensure all fans are kept safe and have an enjoyable experience. No two games are ever the same, so you will need to be adaptable, and thrive under pressure – ready for whatever the day brings.
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, fan‑focused environment. If you enjoy interacting with lots of people, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in being a reliable team player, then you could be a great fit for our matchday team.
You don’t need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience – full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
