You will provide high-level technical support, diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults, and mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out advanced diagnostic and repair work to manufacturer standards
  • Assist and mentor junior technicians when required
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
Skills & Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
  • Strong diagnostic skills with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience within a franchised dealership or large independent workshop
