Team/Role Overview

The Markets Program Execution & Transformation team works with all Markets businesses, Operations and Citi functions (including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Technology) to identify, mobilize and execute responses to regulatory and cross-business transformational projects. The primary mission of the team is to design and implement integrated business solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Markets and its clients.

What you’ll do
  • Providing guidance and support to Markets-wide project teams in the areas of project mobilization, planning, execution, issues and risks tracking and governance & reporting
  • Tracking and maintaining the quality of the project execution, program management performance and staffing capacity
  • Creating and maintaining project management related knowledge management
  • Enforcing Citi’s Enterprise Program and Project Management policy and standards across the Markets Book of Work
  • Participate in Citi Program Management Council forums and taskforces, providing input on behalf of the Markets business into policy and standards development.
  • Developing presentation materials for senior management covering project / program status and plans
What we’ll need from you
  • Consistent track record of delivery excellence, having previously worked as a PMO / Project Manager in cross-functional Markets front office business projects
  • Knowledge and experience of the development and application of project standards, processes and training materials
  • Expertise in working with project management tools including JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Understanding of global markets trading products and services ("Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities") preferred
  • Previous experience working in a ‘Big 4’ or ‘Mid-Tier’ Consulting firm and Project Management certification (Prince 2, APM, PMI, IAPM, PPM, etc.) preferred
