We’re Hiring: Marketing & Member Relations Specialist

Full-time | Work from home

Padel X Club and Padel Magic are a fast growing padel club operator and court manufacturer, with new clubs opening and exciting projects launching across the UK. We’re now looking for a Marketing & Member Relations Specialist to sit at the heart of both businesses, helping us build our brands, engage our community, and deliver outstanding digital content.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone early‑to‑mid career who enjoys variety, ownership, and being part of a dynamic start‑up environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing & Brand Execution (Both Brands)

• Deliver marketing campaigns across Padel X Club and Padel Magic
• Create and schedule social, email, website, and blog content
• Design marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator essential)
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
• Track marketing performance and engagement
• Organise and attend club launch and member events
• Support CRM activity and customer and member communications through AI‑driven automation, including chatbots and smart workflows.

Member & Community Relations – Padel X Club

• Manage member communications and onboarding journeys
• Create and send weekly newsletters via our app
• Keep the club app fully up to date with events, news, pricing, and content
• Support memberships, community groups, and club events
• Gather and report member feedback
• Support all marketing activity across the business
• Create brochures, case studies, presentations, and proposal materials
• Assist with campaign launches and ongoing digital presence
• Maintain website and email marketing content
• Support CRM activity and customer communications, developing automated processes with AI.

Operational Support

• Support the team with occasional operational and admin tasks typical of a growing start‑up (e.g. merchandise or equipment handling)

About You

• 2‑3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
• Confident using Canva and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience managing social media and email marketing
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms
• Highly organised with strong written communication skills
• Happy working in a fast‑moving, start‑up environment
• Interest in sport, community‑led brands, or padel is a bonus
