A leading educational institution is seeking a part-time Marketing Performance Coach to guide learners through marketing training programs. The role requires experience in marketing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and mentor individuals. This position offers flexibility and requires national travel. The ideal candidate will hold a GCSE in Maths and English and possess a clean driving license.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Activate Business School & Activate Apprenticeships team and focus on developing marketing and communication capabilities across several sectors. You’ll guide learners through their Apprenticeship and Commercial training programs, helping them achieve qualifications and thrive in their careers. You’ll manage a diverse caseload of learners and clients, delivering high-quality, tailored training that meets individual and business needs. This is a dynamic role that combines coaching, mentoring, quality assurance, and commercial engagement. You’ll build strong relationships with learners, employers, and stakeholders, ensuring each learner develops the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed. An important aspect of your coaching will be developing our learners’ emotional intelligence, personal attributes and motivation to enable them to achieve their short- and long-term career and educational goals and make a positive change for life.
This is a permanent, part-time role (FTE 0.43), working 16 hours per week. The position is remote-based, with national travel required.
