The Marketing Operations Manager is a senior operations role accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of all non‑digital shared services including marketing campaigns, fulfilment, and events across Protyre, MTS, and tyre brands (House, Premium, Specialist), supporting the Group's £150m+ annual revenue.
The job holder owns operational excellence and runs a unified operating model for all shared services, leading a team of three to execute flawlessly - on time, on budget, and to brief - enabling Brand Managers to focus on strategy and creative.
You will drive process optimization, automation, technology integration, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure agile, scalable, and fully compliant marketing operations in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
You will be fully accountable for operational cost efficiency, on‑time campaign delivery, compliance (ASA, GDPR, brand guidelines), supplier performance, and will provide monthly performance reporting and insights to the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT).

You'll lead a team of three (Campaign Executive, Marketing Fulfilment Executive & Event Manager), and act as the central hub connecting Brand, Digital, Creative, Retail/Wholesale, and external partners.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part‑time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees – company wide. To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across one central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
