The Chief Customer Office drives commercial growth across Centrica Retail through exceptional customer experiences and compelling product and service propositions.

We're seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Lead to optimise marketing processes and deliver operational excellence across all UK retail brands, including British Gas and Hive. This role focuses on planning, execution, and efficiency-ensuring marketing budgets and agency partnerships deliver maximum impact.

Expect to be in London once a week in the office.

About the role
  • Lead marketing financial forecasting and budget management, partnering with finance to track and optimise spend.
  • Manage agency relationships, scopes of work, and performance against KPIs.
  • Drive process improvements and standardised ways of working across marketing, finance, procurement, and legal.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reporting to inform decisions and enhance ROI.
