Position Overview

This is a Part Time (30 hours), Fixed Term position working within a multi-functional team in the London Office. The successful candidate will help Ralph Lauren grow visibility in the Germany Digital Pure-Players landscape and Nordic regions through its core wholesale partners across brick & clicks, brick & mortar and pure players. The ideal candidate will support the strategic development of marketing campaigns and the optimization of the e-commerce experience, serving as the partners\' main contact and leading conversations externally and internally. In a highly competitive environment, the role aims to ensure marketing activities meet customer expectations for the best online and offline consumer experience and elevated brand presentation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead regional marketing strategies for Germany Pure Players & Nordic markets.
  • Lead and shape comprehensive marketing strategies across Germany Pure Players & Nordic markets, driving strategic vision and business growth initiatives.
  • Spearhead strategic partnerships with Key Wholesale accounts (Zalando, About You, Boozt, Magasin du Nord, Care of Carl), orchestrating integrated marketing solutions across digital and omnichannel platforms.
  • Direct strategic planning and budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global priorities while maximizing regional market opportunities and ROI.
  • Oversee significant marketing investments and programs, leveraging data analytics to drive performance optimization, qualitative customer growth and strategic decision-making across markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand elevation and digital excellence. Lead brand elevation initiatives and establish digital excellence standards across wholesale partner platforms, ensuring premium brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Serve as strategic digital marketing advisor to key stakeholders, fostering innovation and digital transformation while mentoring teams to elevate digital capabilities.
  • Manage and optimize digital presence across wholesale partner platforms through strategic content governance, regular performance audits, and implementation of enhancement initiatives to maximize brand impact and commercial success.
  • Act as wholesale marketing digital expert and ambassador for the German & Nordic regions. Lead digital initiatives and market development strategies; orchestrate cross-functional partnerships with MarCom, Sales, Buying Planning to drive digital transformation and innovation.
  • Build and manage strategic multi-regional relationships, fostering team collaboration and alignment to deliver cohesive omnichannel strategies that strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of 2 talents (1 associate and 1 intern) while fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Proven history in marketing roles within luxury/premium fashion, with proven experience in eCommerce and/or omnichannel environments.
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing, planning and project management, with proven expertise in developing innovative campaigns and driving measurable commercial results.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data insights for marketing optimization and ROI evaluation.
  • Understanding of the Germany Digital Landscape, consumer behavior and competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to drive brand elevation initiatives in a matrix organization.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate creative vision.
  • Experience in luxury/premium fashion is highly regarded.
