We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across retail, wholesale, and online sales channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage brand positioning across online and offline channels
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing initiatives and online customer acquisition
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimise results
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (design, PR, digital)
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for senior management
