A global energy company in Edinburgh seeks a Marketing Lead to drive the industrial strategy in Europe. The role involves leading a marketing team, coordinating brand activities, and executing global offers. Candidates must have a degree in Marketing or a related field and extensive marketing experience. This position offers a hybrid work model and up to 25% travel is expected.

This leadership role is the lynchpin of global industrial strategy, driving execution and connectivity with sales at a market level in Europe. In this role, you will lead the European industrial marketing team to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin, and market share targets aligned with global and Europe PU strategy. You will coordinate all brand & comms activities and lead execution of strategic global offers / programs in market. You will also lead a team that performs strategic global offers, activates brand campaigns and defines the marketing requirements needed to support the market in the short, medium, and long term. These plans will be developed in collaboration with stakeholders across Marketing and the Industrial business.
