  • Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms; comfortable managing databases, segmentation and nurture journeys.
  • Ability to manage the company website and online presence, ensuring content is up to date and conversion‑focused.
  • Strong stakeholder skills; able to work closely with sales, operations and external partners to align campaigns with commercial goals.
