Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a forward‑thinking, award‑winning business on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will be based at our client’s offices in Worthing, West Sussex and will involve developing and delivering brand focused campaigns to drive membership acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and delivery of multi‑channel campaigns to raise brand awareness and membership acquisition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure integration and consistency of brand and acquisition focused campaigns across all owned channels.
  • Work with external marketing and brand agencies to deliver campaigns.
  • Build and execute paid media campaigns in partnership with a media buying agency, curating multi‑channel media plans.
  • Manage campaigns across PPC, paid social and digital display alongside the media agency.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of brand and acquisition activity – analyse data, report and identify trends.
  • Monitor competitor activity, trends and brand health.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Campaign Manager or similar role within a B2C brand.
  • Strong experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, digital display).
  • Experience working with media agencies, excellent copywriting and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
Contract & Salary

12‑month fixed‑term contract. Salary: £36,000 to £43,000 per annum depending on experience.
