An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a high-end residential developer, overseeing the marketing strategy for a portfolio of luxury new homes developments. This is a rare chance to take ownership of flagship schemes, shaping brand presence and driving sales through innovative, design-led campaigns.
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple developments, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. You'll take responsibility for brand positioning, customer engagement, and the full marketing mix from digital and social campaigns to events, PR, and high-impact launch strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies for each development
Managing brand consistency and premium positioning across all platforms
Overseeing production of brochures, hoardings, signage, CGIs, video, and show home collateral
Driving digital engagement through websites, email campaigns, and social media content
Coordinating high-profile launch events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities
Liaising with agencies, suppliers, and media partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Working closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity translates into qualified leads and sales performance
Proven experience in marketing management within property, house building or luxury mixed used real estate
Strong understanding of the new homes sales journey and how marketing supports each stage
Creative, detail-focused, and able to deliver premium brand experiences
Skilled in managing external agencies, budgets, and multiple project deadlines
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in digital marketing, social media, and PR within a high-end consumer brand context
£55k basic + bonus and benefits
