As Marketing Manager, you'll lead and execute marketing activity across the full mix, supporting brand development, digital presence, events, and commercial initiatives. You'll work closely with an external PR & Communications agency to drive press activity and broader comms, while also managing two industry events each year.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a varied, hands‑on environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing activity across digital, brand, events, collateral, and analysis.
• Manage relationships with an external PR & Communications agency to deliver impactful press and comms.
• Plan, organise, and deliver two large industry events annually.
• Develop and execute campaigns for the new Gosport commercial/retail site.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to support wider commercial goals.
