Job description
Overview of role

The Marketing & Impact Lead will shape how TeesDance communicates its work, values and impact. You will lead on marketing, communications, data and evaluation, ensuring our programmes, people and partnerships are visible, celebrated and understood.

This role is central to telling TeesDance’s story ethically and creatively, supporting fundraising, partnerships and advocacy through clear, compelling and care-led communication.

Job Title: Marketing & Impact Lead

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)

Hours: Part-time 15 – 22.5 hours (to be negotiated)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Home-based working with face-to-face meetings when needed in the Tees Valley (office work may be available in the future).

Reports to: CEO

Full-time equivalent: 37.5 hours per week

Annual Leave: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays, 1 extra day each year earned as service (up to 5 days) and a two-week office closure over Christmas/New Year – pro rata equivalent
