Our teams create campaigns that turn people into customers, and customers into fans. We demonstrate how we add value to our customers lives. We strive for distinctiveness to advocate our point of difference, across everything from signage and leaflets in store, to social media, PR and TV campaigns you see at home. At Lidl, there is More to Value.

Across each team, you will feed into our in-house production and creative team, who design, artwork and create everything from stills to moving image and photography.

What you’ll do

  • Media & Strategy: strategic planning, marketing strategy and media; work with agencies to plan and buy media to ensure Lidl advertising is seen in the right place, at the right time, by the right people.
  • Campaigns: project-manage all brand, trade driving and business-as-usual campaigns from development to implementation; manage all channels for a campaign with in-house and external partners.
  • Engagement: build meaningful moments through partnerships, events and comms; collaborate with international colleagues on partnerships (e.g., UEFA) and support local store marketing and events; drive innovative PR and award-winning activity.

You will work with our in-house production and creative teams to deliver campaign assets across formats.
