Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join us at our Head Office in Pampisford!

If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group and we’re made up of a number of brands, including Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI and Anglia Tool Centre to name a few. Up and down the UK, our branches are serving and supporting our local communities with all their building material needs, but we couldn’t do this without the right people, so why not join us?

We rely on our Marketing Executives to deliver the marketing strategy for the group and drive product campaign marketing activities. This will include POS, email, digital, tactical, creative and communications. You'll work closely with the Marketing Team, agencies, and in-house designer to activate strategic marketing plans to drive strong ROI and track data analytics to measure performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver the group product campaign calendar from concept to execution.
  • Support digital marketing activity including email campaigns, website content, social media, and paid digital advertising.
  • Create high-quality online and print collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all assets and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners for collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Analyse data and campaign results to inform future marketing activity.
  • Evaluate campaign success and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong experience in delivering multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns, with a particular focus on campaign and digital strategy execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of delivering creative campaigns and digital engagement. Portfolio examples are welcomed.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads proactively.
Benefits
  • Competitive rates of pay.
  • 24 days annual leave in addition to recognised public and bank holidays.
  • Company performance bonuses.
  • Company pension scheme – in line with auto enrolment.
  • Death In Service.
  • Career progression and personal development opportunities.
  • Being part of a “team” as opposed to just being a number.
  • Staff discounts on items purchased from any of our nationwide branches.
