Job Summary

As part of a newly created team, we are looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on content creation and social media, alongside other core marketing activity such as email, PPC, PR, website management, printed media and internal communications. This role aims to bring our life-changing services online and tell the stories of the people and communities that benefit from this change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within an experienced marketing team to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns for all ABL regional services (Your Health, BeU, Healthy Lifestyles) to help achieve referral and attendance targets.
  • Create engaging content for multiple social media profiles to amplify our services and results.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand needs and co-create regional marketing content and execution plans to meet local service targets.
  • Manage paid digital media campaigns and email nurture campaigns to drive referrals.
  • Create new website and app content with regional teams on requirements, and work with web and software developers on delivery.
  • Contribute to shaping and building an effective marketing function, helping the team evolve into a best-in-class department.

About You
  • A dynamic, creative mindset with the ability to contribute to a team with ideas, passion and enthusiasm.
  • Experience managing content planning, production, scheduling and engagement across multiple social profiles.
  • Experience in one of two areas (we do not require proficiency in both): either content creation or paid media campaigns, with a good hands-on experience in one.
  • Strong content creation and video skills, including filming and editing a variety of people including staff and service users.
  • Strong experience managing multiple targeted paid social media campaigns and optimising based on performance data.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation (copy, video, imagery).
  • Comfortable taking a performance marketing approach; using analytics and data to shape content execution and media planning.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or emotive storytelling is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working remotely while developing close relationships with regional stakeholders; travel to different offices for content production as needed.
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Wordpress, Sanity, Google Analytics, and video editing software.
