Marketing & Communications Executive – Liverpool

And Serve Limited, a growing commercial construction company specialising in coffee shop fit-outs across the North West, is looking for a reliable Marketing & Communications Executive to join the team.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to help grow the &Serve brand, improve how we communicate what we do, and strengthen relationships across the hospitality, design and construction sectors.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating content, keeping things up to date, and confidently reaching out to industry contacts. You’ll work closely with the directors and have real ownership of how &Serve presents itself.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

• Update and maintain the &Serve website
• Create industry “how-to” guides, case studies and simple educational content
• Support brand consistency across all platforms

Email & Digital

• Create and manage Mailchimp campaigns (mailshots, updates, announcements)
• Maintain contact lists and segment audiences appropriately

Social Media

• Manage and update LinkedIn (company page and project updates)
• Support directors with content ideas and post scheduling

Outreach & Partnerships

• Proactively reach out to architects, designers, consultants, landlords and related industries
• Build and maintain a structured outreach list
• Support networking initiatives, events and introductions

General

• Support proposals and presentations with content and visuals
• Track engagement and suggest improvements
• Help shape how &Serve communicates as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable writing clear, professional content
• Confident communicating with external partners
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in hospitality, design, construction or commercial interiors
• Self-starter — this role needs initiative more than micromanagement

Experience in marketing, communications, digital content or a related role is ideal, but attitude and capability matter just as much.
