Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Leeds is seeking a Customer Experience & Marketing executive to manage the customer journey and deliver outstanding experiences. The ideal candidate will create and oversee marketing events, engage with clients, and manage the customer database. Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills and ideally have qualifications or experience in marketing. As a Customer Experience & Marketing executive, you will manage the customer journey ensuring outstanding experiences at point of sale and events.

Responsibilities
  • Play an active part in dealership operations, overseeing the entire Customer journey.
  • Create, manage and execute local marketing events, attracting potential customers and fostering loyalty through marketing events.
  • Assist with Customer database management, updating after each event and proactively managing the database for follow up opportunities and targeted actions.
  • Oversee multimedia content for the dealership, coordinating and overseeing both digital and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with knowledgeable clients that are used to receiving the highest levels of service.
  • Qualified or with experience in a marketing discipline.
  • The ability to provide an exceptional and lasting first impression is essential.
  • A keenness to take on information relating to specification, performance, history and current Ferrari activities including Formula 1 will be beneficial.
