Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing administration
• Update internal systems including Goldvision with new leads and reports
• Create marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, and graphics
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns alongside the sales team
• Liaise with suppliers and external agencies, including approving invoices
• Keep product and employee photos up to date on digital platforms
• Manage and maintain online customer accounts
• Provide research support and help generate blog content ideas
• Assist in preparing for expos and internal sales hampers
