As a Marketing Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of creating and implementing cutting‑edge marketing strategies across various platforms. You'll learn how to check campaign analytics and adjust strategies accordingly, collaborate with creative teams to develop eye‑catching visuals for campaigns, present marketing plans, and research emerging technologies for product launches while brainstorming innovative ideas.
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about the latest marketing trends and technologies, have excellent communication skills, and can craft compelling content and present ideas effectively. You'll need to be curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback in a growth mindset. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a data‑driven problem‑solver, able to translate insights into impactful strategies. You will gain a vast range of useful experiences and skills whilst working towards the Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer apprenticeship standard. As a working student your focus is to complete your studies during the 20 % off‑the‑job time by learning and developing your skills, knowledge and behaviours to work towards successful graduation. Please note: As part of your off‑the‑job learning, you may be required to travel to a training centre. This location may differ from your primary work base. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel as part of the apprenticeship programme. You will be set goals by your training provider and manager to support your studies.
You will build your skills over an 18‑month period, starting in September. These skills will help you develop personally and professionally. Your apprenticeship will be made up of classroom/virtual based training to cover knowledge, on‑the‑job training at your Amazon base location, online learning as well as mentoring from our experienced team members.
