Qualifications

  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of GA4 is necessary.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a contact point for key accounts ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance using GA4 and report findings.

About the Role

Marketing and Design Manager

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 for full time contract

Contract: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week)

Duration – 3-month contract with the intent to become permanent.

MUST BE UK BASED

We are looking for a sports-mad marketer to join our small team on an initial 3-month contract. You’ll get involved with several high-profile clients across different sports, including but not limited to Kilmarnock FC, Falkirk FC, Scottish Gymnastics and AP Race, cricket and basketball clients.

This is a client facing role so you would be required to demonstrate and discuss aspects of our programs and plans.

All applicants must be UK based. Any working in the Plymouth area will have use of our main office if required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize websites using Shopify and/or Wix.
  • Manage our client’s fan memberships effectively; devising and delivering strategies to increase sign‑ups, promote customer lifetime value and maximize retention.
  • Create social media content to promote TMA Sport products.
  • Produce graphics to use in emails, social media and ads.
  • Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Be the go-to within the team for Meta paid‑marketing (a big plus!)
  • Monitor and report on performance using GA4.
  • Act as a client‑facing point of contact for a selection of key accounts; ensuring client satisfaction and key deliverables are met.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify builder and product management
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of GA4
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar (a big plus!)
  • Experience with Meta and/or Google Ads (a big plus!)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in a client‑facing role.
  • An interest in sports is a MUST.
