Salary range : A GBP 32,000 to A GBP 36,000 depending on experience

Reports To: UK Head of Design

Role Overview

Principle is seeking a Marketing and Brand Designer to support our global marketing team and help elevate the Principle brand across all channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong creative skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys blending strategy with design execution.

You will work closely with the US Marketing team, the Brand Transformation team, and global teams across MENA and APAC to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, manage brand consistency, and create engaging content for digital and print platforms, with a strong emphasis on marketing coordination, brand storytelling, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
  • Support global marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media content and email marketing
  • Coordinate marketing assets for events, presentations, and client communications
  • Monitor brand perception and contribute to strategies that enhance visibility
Brand Management
  • Maintain and update the Principle brand style guide
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards
  • Organise and manage creative asset libraries
Content Creation And Design
  • Design marketing collateral for digital and print (social media graphics, presentations, brochures, event signage)
  • Support website updates and content management (WordPress)
  • Collaborate on photography and video content for campaigns
  • Create production artwork for client specific projects
  • Produce client guidelines to maintain consistency across projects
  • Develop tender proposals, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Craft compelling case studies showcasing project outcomes and brand impact
Analytics And Vendor Management
  • Liaise with external suppliers for print and production
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting insights
Qualifications And Skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field, with a CIM qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic UX principles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with design capability
  • Experience with social media marketing and CRM campaigns (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and external stakeholders
