The Role

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract based in our Bristol office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.

Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring of the enquiries inbox, raising and distributing any enquiries, as appropriate
  • Creating and circulating the weekly PR & Marketing email to the firm
  • Organising meetings and co‑ordinating diaries
  • Conference support, sending materials to international locations and working alongside marketing colleagues to co‑ordinate online conferences
  • International trip programme – processing of trip requests from start to finish, including requesting and monitoring trip reports
  • Updating GDPR permissions for all new additions to firms’ database
  • Monitoring the bulk email system (CampaignMaster) inbox and actioning as appropriate
