About the role

Bring technical concepts into clear, visual, executive-level messaging as part of a fast-growing tech company that offers purpose-driven digital experiences for the public sector.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the company's website and social media presence to drive engagement and SEO
  • Use HubSpot, Salesforce and LinkedIn to manage, execute and track marketing campaigns
  • Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team as the business grows
  • Own inbound digital funnels, delivering high‑quality leads to the sales team
  • Manage outbound campaigns, collaborating with sales on email, webinars and events to generate new opportunities
  • Report on pipeline health, conversion rates and campaign ROI, and make data‑driven decisions to improve performance
  • Create marketecture that simplifies complex product and service offerings for the target audience
Qualifications
  • Experience marketing for small to medium sized software companies – either from within an agency or in‑house
  • Proven experience managing digital funnels and campaigns that deliver real business results
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot and skills in Salesforce and LinkedIn campaign management
  • Content creation skills, including copywriting and blogging, to attract and convert leads
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating with commercial teams

  • Hybrid working with 3 days in‑office per week (flexible core hours 10 am – 4 pm)
