Role: Market Research Interviewer - Part Time - Motherwell
Department: Data Collection Delivery, External Field
Employment Type: Freelance
Location: Home-based, UK
Compensation: £13.50 / hour
The Field Interviewer visits people in their homes to carry out vital research that shapes public policy — from healthcare to education. Using a tablet, you guide conversations to collect real insights into daily life in Britain. You’ll be out knocking on doors—often unannounced. Some people won’t answer. Some will say no. You’ll face tough moments, but when someone says yes and shares their story, you’ll know you’ve helped influence real change.
You must be able to commit to at least 20 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. You’ll also need to complete a DBS check, have the right to work in the UK, and have access to a laptop or tablet for training.
A car is essential for this role. A valid UK driving licence, sole use of a car, and Class 1 Business Insurance (you’ll need to purchase this).
The average interviewer earns £13.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn more the more interviews you achieve. If a month’s interviews would reduce salary below minimum wage, we will pay the difference. You’ll also receive a £250 joining bonus to get you started.
