A leading recruitment business is seeking a Market Pricing Manager to oversee a team of Analysts and manage model builds in Birmingham. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and experience with tools like Radar and Earnix. This role offers an excellent package and the flexibility of a majority remote working model, allowing 80% of work to be done from home.

Job description

Sellick Partnership are currently partnered with a leading General Insurer as they recruit a new Market Pricing Manager to work across their Personal Lines of business.

This role, sat within a dynamic Pricing Function, will see the Market Pricing Manager leading a small team of Analysts and overseeing a variety of model builds. The Market Pricing Manager will also partner closely with the Pricing Senior Leadership Team to set the strategic direction of the Pricing function.

Strong technical skills are essential for this role, with experience of tools such as Radar / Earnix being highly beneficial. Experience of Conversion / Demand / LTV modelling will also be highly useful.

There is an excellent overall package on offer along with a majority remote working model (80% from home).
