Are you an aspiring Marine Engineer or similar, with a background of working with 12v electrics, looking to join an established family‑ran business, offering a clear scope to progress into management in the future, alongside a vast amount of on‑the‑job training?

In this role, you will be working with a tight‑knit team to service new and refurbished boats, whilst fitting electrical equipment, such as navigation systems and battery chargers. There will be occasional site visits locally, meaning plenty of day‑to‑day variety.

Founded over 50 years ago, the boat servicing company specialises in refurbishing new and existing boats. Boasting steady growth over the years alongside a great reputation in their industry.

This role will suit a Marine Engineer or similar, looking to progress into a senior role in the future within a family‑ran business.

The Role
