Qualifications

• HND or Degree level qualification in Marine Engineering.
• Experience in marine operations or offshore environments.
• Experience in fleet management systems.
• Customer support skills adaptable to technical issues.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred).
• Product Owner or Manual Development Tester experience (preferred).
• Understanding of Business Process and Mapping methodologies (preferred).
• Proficient in Office 365 and Adobe packages.
• Motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze asset and operational data using Power BI.
• Train new and existing staff on the Aurora suite.
• Update training guides and media for internal use.
• Maintain product release notes and user guides.
• Act as Product Owner for development sprints.
• Conduct manual function and regression testing.
• Support Aurora products and maintain SLAs.
• Ensure information security and integrity in Aurora.
• Improve data accessibility and accuracy.
• Enhance Aurora through support and development.
• Map product-related processes for improvement.
• Produce reports related to Aurora.
• Participate in R&D projects for service delivery enhancement.
