Siemens Healthineers MR Magnet Technology is the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of superconducting magnets for magnetic resonance imaging - over a third of MRI scanners installed worldwide have at their heart a magnet manufactured in our Eynsham factory. The business has been awarded several Queen’s Awards for export success, two Best Factory Awards and an IMechE Manufacturing Excellence Award, and is justifiably proud of its engineering and manufacturing heritage. To further grow our manufacturing capabilities, we are due to open a brand new, £250m state of art factory in Bicester in early 2027. This requires a significant increase in the number of technicians we need, and so in order to meet that demand we are seeking keen, committed individuals interested in joining our technician community. This is your opportunity to register your interest in taking part in our technician assessment centres, due to launch in early 2026. These assessment centres will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your technical ability, teamwork and cultural fit for both current and future technician opportunities. By registering your interest now and becoming part of our technician talent pool, you’ll be amongst the first considered for assessment. All new technician hires will be into our existing Eynsham site to ensure adequate training is given to enable a smooth switch to Bicester from early 2027.
