Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test precision instruments in line with production schedules, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards to ensure excellence in every product
  • Participate in daily manufacturing stand-up meetings, sharing updates, listening to colleagues, and contributing to a culture of open communication and teamwork
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, using daily management tools to suggest ideas, highlight opportunities, and help make processes more efficient and inclusive
  • Collaborate across teams, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Take ownership of safety and sustainability practices, ensuring that work is carried out responsibly and with care for people and the environment
