Manufacturing Team Leader

Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Automation company in their search for a Manufacturing Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Telford.

Role Offer

• Competitive starting salary of £29,000 on Days for 4 weeks, rising to £32,744 once on the Afternoon shift
• Monday to Thursday 2pm - 11pm
• Permanent position
• 20 days holidays + bank holidays
• Free on site parking
• Pension contribution scheme of 8%

The Role

• Responsible for leading & motivating a team of typically 5/6 staff
• Allocating workload out to staff
• Carrying out meetings with the team on a daily basis
• Planning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targets
• Continuous improvement
• Mentoring staff
• Involved in relevant disciplinary procedures if necessary

Qualifications and Experience

• ILM or similar qualifications would be desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lead & Motivate a team
• Demonstrate strong team leading experience in a Manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
