Qualifications

• At least two years' experience of managing production teams.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process in line with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor, organise and communicate stock levels.
• Manage tool and instrument maintenance, certification and repairs.
• Manage direct reports including probation reviews and PDR's.
• Responsible for the safe operating of the working shift.
