Production & Manufacturing Operative- January 2026 Starts!

Pay Rate

£12.24 per hour

Hours

Monday–Friday, rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm). Occasional 8am – 5pm shifts may be available.

Role Summary

This is a hands‑on production role within a manufacturing environment. You will support daily production operations, ensuring products are assembled, prepared, and finished to required quality and safety standards.

Key Duties
  • Assemble and bond components as part of the production process
  • Prepare materials, including sanding and finishing to specification
  • Support production lines and build teams to meet output targets
  • Carry out general manufacturing and factory duties
  • Follow health & safety, quality, and work instructions at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
